Job Opening


Crew Leader


Hours: 30-40 hours per week


Season: Mid March, 2025 – November 1, 2025


Are you a passionate gardener with a wealth of experience and the leadership skills to guide a team in creating and maintaining beautiful, thriving gardens? We are seeking a Garden Crew Leader to join our team for the upcoming season. If you love working with plants, leading others, and creating outdoor spaces that inspire, this might be the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and train a crew to maintain and install a variety of gardens, including native, edible, and ornamental landscapes.


  • Oversee tasks such as planting, weeding, amending soil, deadheading, applying organic fertilizers, pest identification and control, pruning, digging, watering, and raking.


  • Ensure all work is completed efficiently, to high professional standards, and within set timelines.


  • Maintain a positive and productive work environment while addressing challenges as they arise.


Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional gardening experience.


  • Strong leadership, communication, time management, and organizational skills.


  • Expertise in native, edible, and ornamental gardening is highly valued.


  • A deep passion for gardening and the ability to inspire the same in others.


  • Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting, repetitive motions, and work in all weather conditions.

Experienced Gardener
Hours: 25-40 hours per week
Season: April 1, 2025 – November 1, 2025

Are you an experienced gardener with a passion for plants, an eye for detail, and the skills to maintain and create stunning outdoor spaces? We are seeking an Experienced Gardener to join our team for the upcoming season. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse and rewarding garden projects while contributing to a team that values high professional standards and quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and install a wide variety of gardens, including native, edible, and ornamental landscapes.

  • Perform tasks such as planting, weeding, amending soil, deadheading, applying organic fertilizers, pest identification and control, pruning, digging, watering, and raking.

  • Ensure that gardens are cared for with precision, keeping an eye for detail and design.

  • Interact professionally with clients and coworkers to ensure satisfaction and clear communication.

  • Uphold high standards of efficiency and quality in all tasks.

Qualifications:

  • 2 to 5 years of professional gardening experience is required.

  • An understanding of garden design and an appreciation for detail is highly valued.

  • Passion for plants and gardening, combined with strong organizational skills.

  • Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting, repetitive motions, and work in all weather conditions.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate well with both clients and team members.

  • Experience with native, edible, and ornamental gardening is highly preferred.

Garden Crew


Hours: Part or Full time options available

Season: April 1, 2025 – November 1, 2025


Do you love working outdoors, getting your hands in the soil, and helping gardens thrive? We are seeking a Garden Crew Member to join our team for the upcoming season. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a dedicated team, learn new skills, and contribute to creating and maintaining beautiful, vibrant landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the maintenance and installation of various gardens, including native, edible, and ornamental landscapes.


  • Perform tasks such as planting, weeding, amending soil, deadheading, organic fertilizer application, pest identification and control, pruning, digging, watering, and raking.


  • Work efficiently and follow instructions to ensure tasks are completed to high professional standards.


  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a productive and healthy team environment.


Qualifications:

  • Prior gardening or landscaping experience is preferred but not required; a passion for plants and learning is essential.


  • Ability to follow instructions, work efficiently, and adapt to different tasks as needed.


  • Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting, repetitive motions, and work in all weather conditions.


  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to collaborate with team members.


  • Experience with native, edible, and ornamental plants is a plus.
